Finally New Ones!
Finally ToykoPop get with the Author, she stated that she gonna release #4 eventually, straight as a Manga. #4 will also be the conclusion to the storyline and the English one will be released as soon as they publish the Japanese one which is still in the work.

Can't wait for #4! -__^
