Today, I gotten some White Vinyl (Fake Leather) from Orchard Spotlight, a few days after I gotten some vinyl/PVC from Chinatown and Arab Street which were too soft. Am gonna use them to redo my Padme Amidala White Battlesuit Belt and Pouches for this June 8th SW Look-Alike Contest. Am not expecting to win but if yes, it's an incentive if I do. I hard competition with Shawn and Ken anyway since they actually deserve the top 2 prizes from the kind of efforts they put into their armors. Will try to start doing the belt later in the night, after I take a nap. :-P

Today been both a Good Day and a Bad.
Bad because I woke up late and so late to school to do my project.
Good cause Sentha not there so do things according to my speed.
Bad after calling Joy from Costumes & Mascot and she told me she can't get Padme's Pistol and Holster for me due to licensing problem (of selling to Asia) on US side. (Back to sewing machine for me :-P )
Good cause Shawn "Vader" got in and Ken "BObaFett" most likely. Derrick "Lukedecop" also mostly likely entering.
Bad cause I didn't managed to go to SAGA City to get some Acrylic to maybe redo my Shin Guards.
Good cause I dropped by AMK Jubilee and gotten 16 Jango Fett FOX Postcards and 4 Yodas.
Err, I think that's all . . . for now . . .

Gotten another AOTC Notebook today after participating in Berita Harian/Berita Minggu SW Quiz the previous Sunday. Now I got 3 notebooks so can comfortably use one of them.
Now I'm waiting for the results of the LIFE! Weekend 2 weeks ago (FREE AOTC Movie Poster) and the free AOTC Bus Stop Poster (now where can I hang that BIG Poster?).
Found out today my Project Plants still get Fungi Contamination. Donno what's wrong; maybe just my technique. :-( Will talk with LayPek tomorrow to see how.

YES! YES! I'm shortlisted for the Takashimaya Star Wars Look-Alike Contest this June 8th! Hope Shawn "Darth Vader" and Ken "Boba Fett" also managed to get in as their Armors are a lot better than my costumes. And they surely deserve to win the top 2 prizes as they worked hard on theirs, not like me, spent 1++ years researching on my Padme but spent a few months to actually assemble and do it. :-P
Tried to drag in JediJean too but she thinks her exams are too near for her to enjoy herself. And JediClare haven't stated her verdicts wherther she's entering. And spaces are running out! Only 10 people are allowed to enter! Hope Nick "Darth Maul" is in too than I can kick his Ass as Padme!
I'll have to come down to Taka Atrium on June 5th 9am for a little rehersal. Hope my Rubies Pistol and Holster will arrive by then as I have to repaint the pistol as usual. And I need to redo the belt and pouches as the last pouches had fallen apart. Gotten some vinyl fabric from Chinatown for the belt and pouches but I think the one for the belt is a bit too dark. But what to do? I run out of ideas where in Singapore to get vinyl or Ivory Leather. And I must also do more of my SW costumes, finish them up or keep the stuffs belonging to a certain costume I'm working on together.
Gone on the mRIC for first time tonight.Can't talk much cause dinner ready. :-P

Man! 2 more days to the Charity Premiere of Star Wars Episode 2: Attack Of The Clones and I haven't finish my costumes. :-O I didn't even give my seamstress the design to make Padme's Vest so I wonder if I can wear something else than the White Battle Suit on Monday for the TCS5-TODAY Newspaper Premiere. Been very lazy now for me too.

I had a dream last night . . . I was related to Jargo Fett or I'm visiting him or he's living in my "house"! And Zam Wesellwas trying to kill Boba Fett (the boy) so I was trying to protect him. And since Wesell was a shape shifter, she came to the door as a PIZZA DELIVERY BOY! Jargo was telling me to protect Boba and somehow I see through Wesell's disguise and shot at the Pizza Boy but all my shots bounced off as she's wearing some kind of armor. And then later, she was like a spider (in armor)[?] and tried to come through the window so I was trying to shut all the windows as fast as I can. Then Jargo Fett got shot?
Man, the dream was weird. Frankly, out of the 3 or 4 SW related dreams I had, all are weird . . .maybe except the one where I am REALLY Darth Vader's Apprentice. ^_^
On a late reporting, I went out with 8 other members of The Jedi Council Singapore Side at BK. Gotten some postcards from them too. And I bought the kids book "The Queen Amulet" which contain a little story book on Amidala and her amulet, and a plastic replica of the Amulate. The Amulate, except for the size must had reminded me of Angel Sanctuary's Nanatsusaya (worn by Setsuna) that I digged out all my cash to buy it. Will see if I can afford a few more to sell off at eBay or just keep for fun.
I also gotten the Padme Amidala Areana Escape Action Figure from the new Toys 'R' Us. Am pretty broke now. :-(

Phew! I'm back from my Prom or Dinner & Dance 2002 at Marina Mandarin. The day was okay, with everyone commenting on how great and "interesting" I look. ^_^ Didn't ate much actually since most of the food are questionable and a few did contain Brandy, Red Wine etc. I ate LOTS of Raw Salmon; my whole plate was almost covered totally with the dish. Ate also some tarts, Mushroom Soup With Lots Of Herbs and drank donno how many glasses of Pepsi. Frankly, I did enjoy myself. ^_^
Mani also dressed up quite nicely. Wish she had join in the boat with me and do Gothic Lolita too! (Aiyah! Just wear a white shirt with black pants and Coat and bun up your hair. Wear very heavy makeup that makes you look very pale and you're done!)
The only disadvantage is that so people called me Cinderella! >_< Hello??? I'm Cosplaying Gothic Lolita tonight!! Since when Cinderella wear Black Mr.? You no wear your glasses tonight is it??? >_<
Anyhow, in summary, I went out at 5.30pm and came home around 12.30am. And I'll give the event 6.5 out of 10. Some things can be improved but overall, it was great!
Ps: I did my first Gothic Lolita Headdress today!! Not bad for a newbies at Gothic & Lolita Dressing. :-P

Opss, I guess I forget to put up my report of the TRU Marina Square AOTC Toys Premiere. :-P Okay, lah since it is VERY Long, I'll give a brief report on it
6pm:
Left Home to Suntec. 138 and 133 came pretty late.
7.30pm:
Arrived at Suntec. Proceed to change some RM to SGD
7.45pm:
Arrived at TRU Marina Square. Saw a few people (about 15) had line up already. Sat down quickly and start revising ACHT.
8pm++:
Went to nearby Shop to call up Rahmat. He said coming soon with some friend.
A guy introduce himself and turned out to be Winbros and DarthSyn. Started discussing about the toys, movies etc
Winbros (or another fellow) gave me Anakin. Winbros gave me lots of Zam Wesell.
Darth Syn showed me where I can get more Wesell but runs out.
Rahmat and Kenny's Cousin arrived
9-11pm
More SW discussion
Ben, Austin etc arrived.
More laugh
